Bihar Tubes Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 27, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following business:
1. To consider and finalize the swap ratio and other terms and conditions for acquiring 100% shareholdings of M/s. Shri Lakshmi Metal Udhyog Ltd, Bangalore from its existing shareholders.
2. To convene the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company to seek their approval for the said acquisition and for the allotment of equity shares on preferential basis, as consideration, to the existing shareholders of M/s. Shri Lakshmi Metal Udhyog Ltd, Bangalore |
