GMR Infrastructure - Updates

GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed that GMR Energy Ltd (GEL), a subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a Company named as 'Londa Hydro Power Pvt. Ltd' (LHPPL) and holds 99% shareholding in LHPPL. By virtue of Section 4 (1) (c) of the Companies Act, 1956, Londa Hydro Power Pvt. Ltd has become the subsidiary of the Company. In accordance with provision of Section 4 (1) (b) (ii) of the Companies Act, 1956, GMR Highways Pvt. Ltd also became the subsidiary of the Company.
