| With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Kingfisher to sell 25% stock for Rs 2,000 crore", Kingfisher Airlines Ltd has clarified to BSE as under:
"In response to media queries, we have maintained that we do not comment on price sensitive information. However media continues to speculate.
The Company is making efforts to raise equity and has been approached by potential Investors. As soon as any discussion reaches a mature stage the stock exchanges will be notified." |
