| Reliance Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed November 27, 2009 as the 'Record Date' for determining the members of the Company who will be entitled to receive one fully paid bonus equity share for every one existing fully paid equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company as approved by the members of the Company at the 35th Annual General Meeting held on November 17, 2009 ('Bonus Shares') |
