Chambal Fertilisers unit acquires US-based firm

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals today said its US-based subsidiary -- ISGN Solutions Inc -- has acquired Fiserv Fulfillment Services on December 12. "The acquisition would enable ISGN Solutions in offering range of services for the entire mortgage loan life cycle," Chambal Fertilisers said in a filing to the BSE. Shares of Chambal Fertilisers were trading at Rs 61.05 on BSE, up by 1.67 per cent from its previous close.
