| Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd (NFCL) has informed that the members of the Company at the 33rd Annual General Meeting held on September 17, 2009 had approved the proposal to acquire 50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each amounting to Rs. 5,00,000/- in the equity share capital of Kakinada Fertilizers Ltd., a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and involved in micro-irrigation, fertilizers and other agri-inputs.
