Govt to review export stimulus measures in April - secy

The government will review in April stimulus measures announced earlier for exporters, Trade Secretary Rahul Khullar said in New Delhi on Thursday. India's exports rose an annual 9.3 percent in December to $14.6 billion, the second consecutive rise after 13 straight months of decline.
