Idea allots 19.91 cr shares to Spice Comm shareholders

Telecom operator Idea Cellular today said it has alloted 19.91 crore shares to the shareholders of Spice Communications that has been merged with the company. Pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation, 19.91 crore shares has been alloted in the ratio of 49 stocks of Idea for every 100 equities of Spice, Idea Cellular said in a filing to the BSE.
