| With reference to news item appearing on leading news channel since February 09, 2010 evening claiming, amongst other things, "falsification", "malpractice" and "ambiguity" in ITC's Accounts for the period 2005 - 2009, ITC Ltd has clarified that this is false, and in spite of this being, pointed out in writing, the Channel has been continuing this story (and tickers on the screen), besides not communicating ITC's clarification. |
