Jan exports up 11.5pct at $14.3 bln - Anand Sharma

India's exports in January rose 11.5 percent to $14.3 billion, Trade Minister Anand Sharma told a news conference.He also said foreign direct investment in December went up an annual 13 percent to $1.5 billion.
