Develop Character A gr is still giving sleepless nights though few stocks like ORCHID, HLL, ITC, Hindustan Oil, Power Grid and Petronet have shown great sign of improvement. However, admittedly the fact remains that B gr has given a good life line support to market. Small investors getting sigh of relief when they are getting exit from old stocks. There are at least dozen stocks available in the B gr category which could replace your pain into gain. Eg lot of investors still want to enter NMDC, Sesa and Walchandnager. I don’t deny the value in these stocks but for sure MSP Steel, Jeyswal Neco and Network will give you anytime better returns than the peer stocks. You will find these high valued stocks gets going if market immediately crosses 5200 which is still not happening but these small stocks will start rising immediately. The only difference is that if a big broker is stuck either in the big co or small co they come for heavy selling. E g It is in public domain that one of the big broker who had built 1 mn shares position in IOL broadband could not exit at higher levels and now looking for exit. So long its exit does not happen the said stock will under perform howsoever good it is. This is the reason I DEVELOP has never recommended buying IOL Broadband at Rs 500 though it was a I DEVELOP find at Rs 5. Similarly I Develop never recommended buying Orissa sponge at Rs 400 to 500 though it was found by us at Rs 24. What we are recommending today like Bajaj Steel (already come on FII banner), Network, Jeyswal Neco all will become super doper hits in coming years like IOL and Stone. Therefore the choice is with you whether you want to make your future or would still like to continue to follow the FII or big market players. In the later case is the fate is decided. In the former you are your own fate decider. Well, you can get the reports done, study at length and if required talk to management and then take your investment decision. I think the time to follow blindly has gone at least in large stocks. Coming back to market, the volatility is not yet over. One day 500 points up and next day down could be the feature for some more time. This troubled time can be used to consolidate only quality good B gr stocks which will outperform in course of time giving you sizable return. Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.
