Moser Baer - Cancellation of repurchased FCCBs

Moser Baer India Ltd has informed that with reference to the announcement made by the Company, in relation to its repurchase of FCCBs on September 25, 2009 and September 29, 2009. The table below sets out the details of the FCCBs cancelled following the repurchase:
1. Tranche A
- Trading Date: September 24, 2009
- Number of Convertible Bonds Repurchased: 15
- Repurchase Price (USD): 952,500
- Total Price (USD): 952,500.

2. Tranche B
1. Trading Date: September 24, 2009
- Number of Convertible Bonds Repurchased: 10
- Repurchase Price (USD): 635,000
- Total Price (USD): 635,000.

3. Tranche B

1. Trading Date: September 25, 2009
- Number of Convertible Bonds Repurchased: 50
- Repurchase Price (USD): 3,550,000
- Total Price (USD): 3,550,000.
