| ITC Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2010, has recommended a special Centenary dividend of Re. 5.50 per Ordinary Share of Re 1/- each and a dividend of Re. 4.50 per Ordinary Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2010. The dividend, if declared, will be paid on or after July 26, 2010 to those members entitled thereto. |
