Jaiprakash sees $120 mn sales on realty project

The real estate unit of Indian construction firm Jaiprakash Associates sees revenue of about Rs 545 crore ($120 million) from a township project it has launched in the national capital region. Jaiprakash said it would sell about 165 apartments at the Jaypee Greens Wish Town project at Noida, near New Delhi, at a minimum price of Rs 3.3 crore each. The project comprises of 4,100 square feet apartments, situated adjacent to a golf course. The engineering and construction firm, which also has interests in hospitality, power and cement, is building two major expressways in the region.
