Moving on..... After the carnage calm and sanity seems to be returning to the markets….. There are famous words of King Martin Luther " If you can't fly, run. If you can't run than walk and if you can't walk crawl but whatever you do, keep on moving towards your AIM." So keep moving..... It has been a consecutive days where the nifty closed above the 200 DMA mark i.e 4910 and hence it suggests that the selling pressures have been eased also it suggests that the selling is been matched by buying. We were the first to break the news of FII buy orders on Wednesday and you can see the reality materializing in couple of days. Now those who were earning by going short or advocating that this is just a pull back rally we suggest not to remain short above 5320 nifty levels. Still we would advocate every one to be patient enough before joining the euphoria and wait and watch. Keep your positions intact and bide some time. Don’t be in a hurry to make quick profits so as to recover the lost grounds. Believe us the lost grounds would be recovered only if you are patient enough to bide time and position. It seems for now that the markets have started their northward march but important thing to note that the nifty did not close above 5310 mark. We have also heard that there are approximately 5000 crs of buy order in hand still left which has come through after the two day rally. In such circumstances we think that the 4400 bottom should now be raised to 4910 levels. So if this level were to breach than we can once again revisit the new levels. But as for now there could be a rally in the mid caps and small caps as the final day for the cash settlement in the gray market of RPower seemed to have gone smoothly.
