| Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board at its meeting held on March 04, 2010 has fixed March 17, 2010 as the Record Date for determining the equity shareholders who shall be entitled to bonus shares to be issued in the ratio of 1:1 (one bonus share for every share held), in pursuance of resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on March 04, 2010. |
