Spain Wants a $2 Bn Reduction in Renewable Bill

Spanish Industry Miguel Sebastian wants to reduce the annual cost of renewable-energy plants by 1.6 billion euros, El Confidencial reported, citing a document from the ministry. The cut would affect rates for existing photovoltaic and wind-energy installations, El Confidencial said.
