JetBlue Airways adopts Kerala IT company’s solution

City-based IBS Software Services has inked a deal with JetBlue Airways under which it will provide web-based solution to the American low cost airline to manage its cargo operations. Built on new generation technology, IBS’s iCargo solution is designed to handle the cargo movement of freighters, passenger and cargo carriers, ground handling agents and airports in the areas of cargo sales, reservations and cargo revenue accounting. “Designed for multiple users, the system is extremely user friendly, especially for a system that handles such a complex business as moving cargo.
