Sensex at new high - investors ready for Samvat 2070



The Sensex may have hit a new high a day before Diwali, but the excitement is missing. At least among local investors, most of who seem content to watch from the sidelines, even as their overseas counterparts have been buying shares hand over fist. The bellwether index broke past its previous high of 21206 after 70 months this morning amid a raging debate if the market can sustain its gains. Will liquidity triumph fundamentals or will fundamentals catch up with the market? That is the question troubling buyers who have missed the 3500-odd point surge in the Sensex since late August, and are still hesitant to take the plunge because of worrying economic data.

FIIs ના અવિરત મૂડીપ્રવાહને કારણે મુંબઈ શેરબજારે આજે ઈન્ટ્રા ડેમાં નવી ટોચ રચી હતી અને નિફ્ટીએ

પણ 6300ની મનોવૈજ્ઞાનિક સપાટી વટાવી હતી.


નિષ્ણાતોના મતે જ્યાં સુધી યુએસ ફેડરલ તેની હળવી નાણા નીતિ જારી રાખશે ત્યાં સુધી ભારતીય બજારમાં તેજી જળવાઈ રહેવાની ધારણા છે.

બપોરે 12 વાગ્યે BSE સેન્સેક્સ 45.88 પોઈન્ટ વધીને 21,210.40 પોઈન્ટની સપાટીએ ટ્રેડ થઈ રહ્યો હતો.

નેશનલ સ્ટોક એક્સચેંજનો નિફ્ટી 12.65 પોઈન્ટ વધીને 6,311.80 પોઈન્ટની સપાટીએ ટ્રેડ થઈ રહ્યો હતો.

BSE મિડકેપ અને BSE સ્મોલકેપ ઈન્ડેક્સ અનુક્રમે 1.01 ટકા અને 0.87 ટકા વધીને ટ્રેડ થઈ રહ્યા હતા.

આજે બપોરે રિયલ્ટી , બેન્ક , મેટલ , ઓટો , જાહેર એકમો તેમજ કેપિટલ ગૂડ્ઝ શેરોમાં લેવાલી જોવા મળી હતી જ્યારે કન્ઝ્યુમર ડ્યુરેબલ્સ , FMCG તેમજ ઓઈલ-ગેસ શેરોમાં વેચવાલી જોવા મળી હતી.
