| The committee of India Cements has allotted 63,250 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid-up at a premium of Rs 40 per share to the employees who have exercised their stock options under ICL ESOS, 2006. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has gone up from Rs 282.37 crore to Rs 282.43 crore. These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 02 February 2009. |
